　　A. Our Mission

　　The World Economic Forum is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation.

　　The Forum engages the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.

　　It was established in 1971 as a not-for-profit foundation and is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. It is independent, impartial and not tied to any special interests. The Forum strives in all its efforts to demonstrate entrepreneurship in the global public interest while upholding the highest standards of governance. Moral and intellectual integrity is at the heart of everything it does.

　　Our activities are shaped by a unique institutional culture founded on the stakeholder theory, which asserts that an organization is accountable to all parts of society. The institution carefully blends and balances the best of many kinds of organizations, from both the public and private sectors, international organizations and academic institutions.

　　We believe that progress happens by bringing together people from all walks of life who have the drive and the influence to make positive change.

　　世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇是一個(gè)致力于推動(dòng)公私合作的國(guó)際組織。

　　論壇匯聚政界、商界等社會(huì)各界重要領(lǐng)袖，共同制定全球、區(qū)域和行業(yè)議程。

　　世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇成立于1971年，是一個(gè)非營(yíng)利性基金會(huì)，總部設(shè)在瑞士日內(nèi)瓦。論壇是一個(gè)中立組織，不介入任何政治、黨派或國(guó)家利益，它與所有主要國(guó)際組織有著密切的合作關(guān)系。論壇致力于彰顯企業(yè)家精神，造福全球公眾利益，同時(shí)堅(jiān)持最高的治理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。道德公正和學(xué)術(shù)誠(chéng)信是論壇一切工作的核心。

　　B. Globalization 4.0.

　　We live in an era when people and ideas sometimes move faster than thinking and values evolve. We observe reaction without contemplation and growing divides. Citizens are negotiating new social contracts with implications on long-standing geopolitical and economic structures. We are entering a new phase – Globalization 4.0.

　　Leading during times of significant geopolitical, economic and environmental transformation requires a collaborative approach. Flourishing communities depend on the active contributions of all parts of society. How do we develop our individual and collective strengths to achieve the future we want?

　　We must proactively work together to harness the full potential of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

　　Artificial intelligence, autonomous mobility and the Internet of Things are some of the emerging technologies changing lives and transforming businesses faster than we can imagine. The Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution China will bring together leaders at the highest level from government, business and other sectors of society to advance global cooperation in the field of science and technology.

　　As a Public-Private platform, together we will explore and co-design, pilot and scale the adoption of practical tools for agile governance such as protocols, guidelines and the industry standards needed to accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies. These will be piloted at the national, provincial and city levels and shared globally in order to accelerate adoption.

　　B.全球化4.0

　　我們生活在這樣一個(gè)時(shí)代：人和思想有時(shí)比思想和價(jià)值觀發(fā)展得更快。我們觀察到的反應(yīng)沒有沉思，分歧不斷擴(kuò)大。公民們正在談判新的社會(huì)契約，并對(duì)長(zhǎng)期存在的地緣政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生影響。我們正在進(jìn)入一個(gè)新階段——全球化4.0。

　　在重大地緣政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期領(lǐng)導(dǎo)需要一種協(xié)作的方法。繁榮的社區(qū)取決于社會(huì)各方面的積極貢獻(xiàn)。我們?nèi)绾伟l(fā)展我們的個(gè)人和集體力量來實(shí)現(xiàn)我們想要的未來?

　　我們必須積極合作，充分發(fā)揮第四次工業(yè)革命的潛力。

　　人工智能、自主移動(dòng)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)是一些新興技術(shù)，它們比我們想象的更快地改變了人們的生活和改變了企業(yè)。中國(guó)第四次工業(yè)革命中心將匯集政府、商界和社會(huì)各界的最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，推動(dòng)全球科技合作。

　　作為一個(gè)公共-私人平臺(tái)，我們將共同探索和共同設(shè)計(jì)、試點(diǎn)和擴(kuò)展敏捷治理的實(shí)用工具的采用，如加速采用新興技術(shù)所需的協(xié)議、指導(dǎo)方針和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這些將在國(guó)家、省和市一級(jí)進(jìn)行試點(diǎn)，并在全球范圍內(nèi)共享，以加速采用。

　　五、提交要求

　　1.每件參展作品的電子文檔技術(shù)參數(shù)：作品幅面A3尺幅(297mm×420mm)，像素精度300dpi以上，CMYK模式，文件格式為PDF格式，每份稿件大小不超過5M。

　　2.文件名稱按照“姓名·作品名稱·聯(lián)系電話”規(guī)范命名。

　　3.投稿郵箱：dyda2011@yeah.net

　　4.電子郵箱關(guān)閉時(shí)間：2019年9月10日18:00。

　　5.參賽作品將于2019年9月25日后在官方微信號(hào)“現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)文化”中公布。

　　6.作品不得侵犯各國(guó)家文化或道德規(guī)范、不得出現(xiàn)侵犯人權(quán)、版權(quán)等以及涉及違反國(guó)家國(guó)際法律法規(guī)的現(xiàn)象，參賽作品須符合大賽相關(guān)要求。
 

　　六、作品版權(quán)

　　1.參展者的參賽作品必須是參賽者本人(或團(tuán)體)創(chuàng)作的作品，如作品發(fā)生知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)或版權(quán)糾紛等其他違法違規(guī)事宜由參展者自行承擔(dān)相應(yīng)后果。

　　2.如因參展作品引發(fā)的版權(quán)或知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛等其他違法違規(guī)事宜一概與組委會(huì)無關(guān)。

　　3.組委會(huì)將享有入選作品的印刷、出版(含電子出版)、推廣及收藏等相應(yīng)權(quán)利。

　　4.主辦方對(duì)本次活動(dòng)擁有最終解釋權(quán)。
